De Hosting Firma was founded in 2001 as an extra service. We were primarily web builders, but quickly noticed it was difficult for clients to arrange hosting themselves.
With De Hosting Firma we wanted to help our clients with that, take their worries away and lift their hosting to a higher level. Soon hosting became our main activity.
We wanted to offer fast and reliable hosting with Dutch data centres. But with great customer service. We believe that if you need help, you should always be able to reach us by phone.
Every customer gets all our attention. Need help setting up your email? We log in via remote desktop and help you. This sounds logical, but unfortunately isn't standard at most hosting companies.
We've been applying this way of thinking (and acting) for over 25 years now. And — not very surprisingly — it works. Our platform has grown enormously and we serve a wide range of customers: from small websites to large busy webshops, event sites and custom solutions for radio streaming. For every type of customer we have a solution. And if not, we build one.
